Workshop Cancellation Policy
I try to make everything as fair as I can. It is not my intention to make money from students if they cancel, but I do have to cover costs to ensure the workshop takes place. I take all workshops seriously and put considerable time and effort into each one.
Indoor Workshops
Terms:
- If I cancel the workshop, 100% of the deposit or payment is refunded.*
- If you cancel one (1) week or more before the workshop, I will REFUND you 50% of the deposit or payment, minus 5% to cover fees. (e.g. If the deposit was $100, you will get a refund of $47.50)
- If you cancel less than one (1) week before the workshop, no refund is provided.
- If you register and pay for the workshop but do not attend, no refund is provided.
Plein Air Workshops
Terms:
- If I cancel the workshop, 100% of the deposit or payment is refunded.*
- If you cancel one (1) week or more before the workshop, I will REFUND you 50% of the deposit or payment, minus 5% to cover fees. (e.g. If the deposit was $100, you will get a refund of $47.50)
- If you cancel less than one (1) week before the workshop, no refund is provided.
- If you register and pay for the workshop but do not attend, no refund is provided.
*Some workshops require just a deposit, some require full payment. Percentage is of the amount initially paid by the student when enrolling. In some cases a workshop may be rescheduled and IF you can make it to the rescheduled time, the payment will be held and not refunded.
If you are buying the workshop as a gift, please make sure the participants can attend.
Admission to workshops will be determined by the order in which registrations are received. Admission by means of a waiting list is possible in the event of cancellations by current registered participants. There is, however, no right to admission and I reserve the right to refuse admission or registration to any of my workshops.

Art Work Return Policy
Original Paintings
I provide you with seven (7) days from the day you received the painting(s) to return your purchase for a refund or credit.
The refund, if applicable, will excluding any shipping costs. Example, you pay $400 for a painting with free shipping, you will receive a $400 refund. However, if you pay $400 +$35 shipping, you will receive only $400 as a refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. For refunds to be applied, the painting(s) must be received in the same condition as it was sent out. This applies to the painting and any framing. It is highly recommended you add insurance and a signature option to your return shipping. I am not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Received Damaged
If the painting(s) is received damaged, please contact me ASAP with photos so I can determine the extend of the damage and if a claim is required.
Appointments
One on One Plein Air Cancellation Policy
Payment for one on one or group plein air appointments occurs after the session is provided. No cancellation policy required.
Mentoring Cancellation Policy
Payment for mentoring appointments occur after the session is provided. No cancellation policy required.
Palette Template Refunds
No refunds will be provided after purchase. No exceptions.
